Transferring Property

When a KWPOA member sells their property, they are required by law to provide a number of disclosures and documents to the buyer prior to the transfer of title.  These items include the KWPOA Bylaws, Architectural Rules, Assessment Collection Policy, Operating Budget, Alternative Dispute Resolution Notice, Board Meeting Minutes, Assessment information and other documents as required by Civil Code §4525.

KWPOA will provide the Seller or the Seller’s Agent with a complete, current KWPOA Disclosure Package upon receipt of the current standard real estate request forms (Currently HOA1, HOA2 and HOA3).  The package will be provided within 10 calendar days from the receipt of the request and payment of the $220 fee.
