Assessments

Annual assessments (or “dues”) are required of every KWPOA member.  Assessments are billed annually on January 1st and are due by February 15th.  The current annual assessment is $345.

Assessments cover the your association’s operating expenses such as staff, office rental, supplies, printing, insurance, legal counsel and other expenses as needed to enforce the CC&Rs, support our members, and maintain the common areas of Kent Woodlands.
