The Kent Woodlands annual Halloween Parade will start at 5:00pm on Woodland Road, just past Rancheria. As usual, Woodland Road will be closed from Goodhill/Rancheria to North/South Ridgewood from 5:00 to 6:00pm. Residents can enter the rest of Kent Woodlands via Goodhill Road.
