Kent Woodlands is a residential community located in Marin County, California, consisting of approximately 570 residential lots located at the base of Mt. Tamalpais in the Ross Valley.

The Kent Woodlands Property Owners Association (“KWPOA”) represents members’ interests in traffic safety, fire preparedness, architectural design review, social activities, representation on county-wide issues, and maint-enance of community development standards.
